About Me

I believe in a total mind, body, and spirit approach to wellness. I work on a one on one basis, as well as with families and couples. My style of therapy is eclectic and based on your individual needs.

Types of therapy include:  Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavior (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing  (EMDR), Experimental Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, and Solution Focused Brief (SFBT).

I believe firmly that you know yourself better than I ever will, and I am simply here to help you discover what is already inside of you. I also offer faith based counseling if that is something that you feel would be helpful for you. Let’s go to work!
